Once your order is placed, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order. Then, as soon as your package is dispatched, we´ll send you an email with the tracking number of your order and the website of the carrier, so you can track your order.

PORTUGAL (Mainland)*

Free express shipping (deliveries are made on the next business day, if the order is made until 2.30 pm)

*For the Azores and Madeira, the delivery time can vary between 4/7 working days

EUROPE

Free express shipping – orders over € 200,00 (deliveries within 24/48 hours)

Normal shipping costs – € 9,00 (deliveries within 3/5 working days)

REST OF THE WORLD

Free express shipping – orders over € 200,00 (deliveries within 24/48 hours)

Normal shipping costs – € 9,00 (deliveries within 4/7 working days)

Please note that the carriers with whom we have protocols make deliveries from Monday to Friday, between 8 and 19 hours, as per address supplied in your order.

Difficulties in delivering

If the carrier is unable to deliver the order, it will retry the next day or contact you to schedule a new delivery, if you indicated your phone number in your order. In the specific case of CTT Expresso, a postcard will be left to pick up your order at the post office.
